Can you work around active trades?
Yes. A Rough clean is scheduled between trades, subject to safe access and a clearly defined work area.
How fast can you turn around a quote?
Usually within 1 business day, sooner for post-construction work. Photos or drawings help us quote without a site visit.
What if the handover date moves?
Tell us as soon as you know. We rebook the phase around the new date. Jobs with less than 48 hours' notice are priced as rush work.
How do you bill?
Post-construction work requires a 50% deposit to book, with the balance due on completion. All prices are plus HST.
