How do you price your cleaning?
Every job gets a fixed price based on your space: size, type, how often, and what needs doing. Recurring commercial cleaning is a fixed monthly price. Post-construction is a fixed price per phase. No hourly billing, no surprises.
Why don't you list prices on the site?
Two spaces of the same size can take very different amounts of work. We'd rather give you one accurate, fixed number for your space than a range that changes later.
Why do you ask for square footage and photos?
They're the biggest factors in how long a clean takes. Photos let us quote accurately without a site visit, so you get your price faster.
Is the estimate free?
Yes. Quotes are free and there's no obligation to book.
What's the difference between a Routine clean and a Deep clean?
A Routine clean keeps your space clean visit after visit: trash, floors, washrooms, kitchen, touchpoints. A Deep clean is a one-time top-to-bottom reset: vents, baseboards, grout, inside appliances. New contracts start with a Deep clean so every Routine visit starts from a clean baseline.
What are Rough, Final and Touch-up cleans?
Rough clean: during construction, clearing debris and bulk dust so trades can finish. Final clean: after all trades, every surface brought to handover standard. Touch-up clean: a light dust wipe-down right before your walkthrough or move-in. Book one, two or all three.
What makes a post-construction clean cost more?
Heavy drywall dust or overspray, high-rise access (elevator booking, loading docks), and rush timelines under 48 hours.
Do I need to supply anything?
No. Our cleaners bring all products and equipment.
Do you lock me into a contract?
Recurring cleaning can be month-to-month. Ask about a 12-month agreement for a lower monthly price.
How do I pay?
Monthly invoices for recurring cleaning. Post-construction requires a 50% deposit to book, with the balance due on completion. Prices are plus HST.
