Post-renovation cleaning

Renovation cleaning in Toronto & the GTA.

Renovation cleaning in Toronto for offices, stores, clinics, and units that are reopening after the work: drywall dust cleanup, film and sticker removal, and a clean that's ready for staff and customers. A fixed price per phase.

What's included

Post renovation cleaning, surface by surface.

Renovations leave fine dust in places a regular cleaning visit never reaches. The scope is confirmed for each space; these are the areas we normally cover.

Dust

Drywall dust cleanup

HEPA vacuuming and damp wiping of ledges, trim, vents, baseboards, and floor edges to lift the fine dust sanding leaves behind.

Glass

Windows & partitions

Interior glass, mirrors, frames, and tracks cleared of dust, smudges, and approved residue.

Fixtures

New fixtures & hardware

Stickers and protective film removed, then fixtures, switch plates, handles, and hardware cleaned.

Millwork

Cabinets & built-ins

Inside and outside faces, shelves, and tops detailed with methods that suit new finishes.

Rooms

Washrooms & kitchens

Counters, sinks, fixtures, and newly installed appliances cleaned and ready for use.

Floors

Floors & edges

HEPA vacuuming, then cleaning by surface type, including corners, transitions, and stairs.

Occupied spaces

Renovation cleaning around a business that's still open.

Many renovations happen while part of the space is still in use. We plan the clean around your hours so staff and customers aren't working in dust.

  • Evening, overnight, or weekend cleaning in the renovated area.
  • Dust-control methods chosen to avoid spreading dust into open areas.
  • Room-by-room completion photos so you can check the work before opening.
Which clean

A final clean, then a touch-up if you need one.

Most renovations need a Final clean once the trades are done. If there's a gap before opening, a Touch-up clean right before the doors open removes any dust that has settled since. Not sure which you need? Read how to prepare a renovated commercial space for opening.

Renovation cleaning FAQ

Questions about post-renovation cleaning.

How soon after a renovation can you clean?

Once the trades have finished in the area being cleaned. If trades are still working, a Rough clean can clear debris and bulk dust between them.

Why does drywall dust keep coming back?

Fine dust settles slowly and hides in vents, tracks, and on high ledges. A proper post renovation clean works top to bottom and includes those places, so less dust resettles afterwards.

Can you clean while we stay open?

Yes. We schedule the work for evenings, overnight, or weekends, and keep the clean to the renovated area.

How is renovation cleaning priced?

A fixed price per phase, based on the square footage, the dust level, and access. Get a free quote.
